Jean-Francois has been providing critical IT network and mail exchange server support to the company for over a decade. By nature, he is very technology-inclined and he is consistently acquiring new knowledge. He gained accreditation as an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) in 2001 and has recently updated his skills to the status of an MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional). He has recently completed his diploma in business administration and is in the final phase of completing an MBA.
