HSI Life commemorated International Children’s Day through a special donation to the Children’s Ward at the Seychelles Hospital, this morning.
The Life staff presented each patient with a special goodie box to brighten up their day, while their parents and all the staff on the ward also received a small gift from the company.
“Every child looks forward to celebrating Children’s Day at school with their friends and through this donation we hope to bring some fun and excitement to the little ones admitted today,” said the HSI Life Manager, Michelle Lafortune.
It was an absolute pleasure for us to bring some cheer l through the small gift and we take this opportunity to wish all children in Seychelles a Happy Children’s Day,” added Ms. Lafortune.
On his part, the Consultant in Charge of the Paediatric Department, Dr. Xavier Rose thanked HSI Life for the generous contribution and that such kind and happy gestures help in a patient’s recovery.
HSI has also committed to sponsor educational books and toys to the ward later, to help furnish their new playroom.
