Venise joined the Administration, Claims & Support team in July 2025. A graduate of the Business Studies Academy, she holds a Diploma in Secretarial Studies and brings valuable experience from her role as a Senior Benefit & Welfare Officer. She also holds a micro-credential Diploma in Counselling Psychology, which strengthens her natural ability to support others with empathy and understanding.

With a smooth transition into the insurance sector, Venise blends her strong administrative skills with a genuine commitment to helping people.
