Steven Andre

Steven André serves as Assistant Risk Manager at H Savy Insurance (HSI), bringing over 10 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance and financial oversight. He has held roles across the Ministry of Finance, Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC), Société Seychelloise d’Investissements (SSI), ACM & Associates, and the Public Utilities Corporation (PUC), with a strong understanding of risk management and corporate governance frameworks, and expertise in internal controls and risk-based auditing.

He is currently completing his ACCA qualification and continues to expand his expertise in risk and insurance.
