Ketty leads the Risk and Compliance department at HSI, bringing expertise in internal audit, risk management and compliance. She began her career in 2015 at the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles, helping establish its risk-based internal audit framework. She later served as Chief Internal Auditor at SACOS, and was involved in IFRS 17 implementation as project manager until 2022. At the Public Utilities Corporation, she served as Chief Internal Auditor, overseeing assurance and technical audits.

She is an ACCA member, specializing in Advanced Audit and Assurance and Advanced Financial Management. She is also a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, driving strong governance and operational excellence across the company.

Lishan Gunathunga

An Associate Chartered Accountant of CA Sri Lanka and a graduate of the University of Colombo with a Special Degree in Finance, Lishan Gunathunga began his professional journey in 2013. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at H Savy Insurance Co Ltd, where he leverages a career built on cross-functional expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and data analysis, with a specialized focus on the insurance sector.

Throughout his career in Sri Lanka, Lishan held several key leadership positions, including Deputy Head of Finance at Amana Takaful PLC. His extensive professional background also includes nearly seven years at Allianz Lanka Insurance Ltd, where he served as Senior Finance Manager and Head of Planning & Controlling, following over four years of experience in audit and compliance at KPMG Sri Lanka.

Across these diverse roles, Lishan has established a reputation for navigating complex regulatory shifts and leading large scale finance transformations. His expertise extends to managing outsourcing domains, finance compliance, and framework governance, all while driving organizational efficiency through strategic decision support and process optimization.
