Bonds

We provide five main cover bonds for your protection.

Immigration Bond: This is a guarantee required by the Immigration Department/Government from you as a security deposit for foreigners.

Performance Bond: It covers the principal in the event the contractor does not perform its contracted work (due to workers on strike, bankruptcy or liquidation).

Advanced Payment Bond: It covers the advanced payment made by the principal to the contractor as per the contract agreement for inability to continue to perform such work as per the agreement.

Tender Bond: It covers the expenses incurred by the principal in the event that the awarded contractor decides to withdraw from such contract.

Custom Bond: It covers the duty payable on goods and services while in bonded warehouses.
