Ketty Songoire

Ketty leads the Risk and Compliance department at HSI, bringing expertise in internal audit, risk management and compliance. She began her career in 2015 at the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles, helping establish its risk-based internal audit framework. She later served as Chief Internal Auditor at SACOS, and was involved in IFRS 17 implementation as project manager until 2022. At the Public Utilities Corporation, she served as Chief Internal Auditor, overseeing assurance and technical audits.

She is an ACCA member, specializing in Advanced Audit and Assurance and Advanced Financial Management. She is also a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, driving strong governance and operational excellence across the company.
