Jostein was initial recruited as an accounts supervisor but has steadily progressed through the ranks, demonstrating consistent dedication, capability, and a strong work ethic in his career which has resulted in him being promoted to Assistant Manager . Alongside his professional growth, he has successfully been able to complete the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate and CII Diploma. This journey showcases ambition, resilience, and a genuine commitment to continuous development. Jostein is currently attempting the CII Advanced Diploma in hopes of becoming a qualified chartered insurer which will make significant contributions to the insurance industry.
